A Successful and Incredibly Delicious Fundraiser for the Skye and Lochalsh Abattoir Project!

Following the wonderful success of the joint Charitable St Andrew’s Day Dinner – which was collaboratively organized and hosted by The Three Chimneys, The Skeabost Hotel and Ullinish Lodge – we would like to announce that the final total to be donated to the Skye and Lochalsh Micro Abattoir Project is an incredible £3891.80!

A top team of chefs, waitstaff, sommeliers, and local contributors made this event an absolutely delicious and enjoyable showcase of the delights from Skye and Lochalsh, land and sea. It was a testament to the level of excellence that can be achieved when local produce sits firmly at the heart of local hospitality.

A special thanks goes to the donations of produce and gifts from the following local businesses :
Alaistar Nicolson, Borve, Isle of Skye, The Skye and Lochalsh Meat Supply Group, The Willie Murdo Fishermen, Loch Harport Oysters, Orbost Farm, Kyle Butchers, Sconser Scallops, Isle of Skye Sea Salt, Inverarity Morton, Misty Isle Gin, Simply Flowers, Skye Candles, Strathprint.
